One collaboration in production is the development of a new accounts payable workflow that uses AI to process the hundreds of incoming invoices that CG receives monthly. “Gateway built an AI-enabled system that provides workflow automation, and integrates with our general ledger application, saving time and reducing errors,” says Paul. ​​

When CG underwent a major pension system migration, Gateway helped load and transform the data, ensuring the transition was smooth and accurate. “Any data migration like that can be onerous,” says Paul. “But Gateway automated that transition, saving us time, effort, and ensuring data quality. Their help was of tremendous value to us.”

For Paul, the real value in the relationship comes down to trust and understanding. “They’re cooperative and enthusiastic. Their interests and our interests are aligned. They know our goals so we don’t waste time getting up to speed.”
