As part of their own selection process, each of these vendor partners requires an investment be made by Gateway in training and certification to allow us to hold the title of “partner”. Our isolation has developed our Gateway “team” to be incredibly self-sufficient when it comes to support and problem resolution for our clients and while this may seem less important in the internet age, it is still good to know that when you deal with Gateway you have the choice of some of the most technically proficient support professionals in Bermuda.
